Estimated delivery time is generally 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on:

5. Delivery Address

Stonex Handicrafts will not be responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

7. Damaged Packages

Our marble and stone products are carefully packed to ensure safe delivery.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product and provide clear photos or videos of:

The damaged product
The outer packaging
The shipping label

Our team will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution according to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Undeliverable Orders

If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or customer unavailability, the order may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipping the order.
