1. Returns

We accept return requests only if the product is:

  • Damaged during delivery
  • Incorrect product received
  • Significantly different from the product ordered

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

2. Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damaged product
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order details

Our team will review your request and provide a suitable resolution.

3. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and in its original condition.
  • The original packaging should be available.
  • Proof of purchase or order details may be required.
  • The return request must be made within the specified time period.

4. Refunds

Once your return request is reviewed and approved, we will process the refund or provide a replacement, depending on the situation.

Refunds, if applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or another suitable method.

Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery
  • Used products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Return requests made after the specified time period
  • Minor variations in color, texture, pattern, or finish due to the handcrafted nature of marble and stone products

6. Natural Variations

Our products are handcrafted using natural marble and stone. Therefore, slight variations in:

  • Color
  • Texture
  • Pattern
  • Veining
  • Finish

are natural and make each product unique. These variations are not considered defects.

7. Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
